Volkswagen and Google develop revolutionary navigation system [via Automotoportal]

Okay, now that's pretty cool. I'd have to try it to see the ultility versus a flat map, but I must admit I currently use Google Earth as a way to map out trips before getting in the car, as it gives me a sense of the landmarks I should be looking for.

A Bluetooth watch to go with your phone and HFL
This is a little off-topic, but still appropro - this thing looks huge, but is a cool idea - a watch that connects with your bluetooth phone and mirrors the display of incoming phone number, battery meter, etc.
Look for a iterations of this to come in the future. Problems with battery life? ya think?

Did Acura make the wrong choice with DVD-Audio?
This is totally off-topic, but I'm wondering how many readers actually have bought DVD-Audio discs to play in their Acura TL. Anyone wish to comment?
I have bought a few, but for the most part - nothing I listen to is available on DVD-A. I'm not sure how Acura got talked into DVD-A, but it seems like they missed the boat. If you own a bluetooth phone, you probably own an iPod. Seems like some sort of MP3/MP4 player would be a better choice for their demographic.
