Volkswagen includes Audi & Bentley (which did not make your list but is up on their website).

Lexus is Toyota. DaimlerChrysler includes Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge. Ford includes Jaguar, Land Rover, and Lincoln.

Looked over the 2004 list -- and Toyota isn't listed. However, both the Landcruiser & the Prius in 2004 offered Bluetooth as an option.
